We understand that selling a property, especially an incomplete project, can be an arduous process with many variables to consider, such as market conditions, the complexity in quantifying the costs to complete the project, and the difficulty in procuring loan finance for incomplete projects. These factors can make it challenging to determine an exact valuation.
Regarding the difference in valuation, our assessment in October 2023 was based on the available market information and property completion status at that time. The sale price you achieved in July 2024 reflects an increase of about 7.5% from our initial valuation in 2023 —not the 150% increase mentioned in your review. We are glad you were able to secure a sale that met your expectations.
